We currently serve local clients within Hartford, West Hartford, Middletown, Cromwell, Portland, Glastonbury, Colchester, Manchester, Newington, New Britain, Wethersfield, Meriden, Hebron, East Hampton, Vernon/Rockville. For multi-stop routes, we operate within a 20-25 mile radius unless otherwise arranged.
You can book online via our scheduling page or contact us directly. Clients with monthly plans receive priority time slot access.
Yes — both Plan 2 and Plan 3 include up to 5 delivery or pickup stops per trip. Additional stops can be added for a small fee.
Absolutely. Our Business Assist and Premium Partner plans are designed for consistent, scheduled deliveries that keep your operations running smoothly.
Yes — we support local meal prep, catering, and bakery businesses by delivering perishable and non-perishable items within controlled timeframes.
Yes. We take great care in packaging, transporting, and confirming delivery of sensitive or valuable items. Signature verification is included in Plans 2 and 3.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days, though expedited options are available at checkout.
Yes — you’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped. For local deliveries, you may receive a real-time update and photo confirmation.
Yes, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Please visit our Return Policy page for details.
Our monthly plans give you access to a set number of trips or services. Unused trips do not roll over. Additional trips can be booked at a discounted rate.
Yes — you can cancel or downgrade your plan with a 7-day notice before your next billing cycle. No hidden fees. However, for trips, requests must be made 24 hours prior to the assigned date. If canceled within 24 hours of the assigned trip, there will be a $15 fee upon cancellation.
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and business invoicing for approved clients.
